At Glamorizee, we want you to feel confident in every outfit you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Glamorizee account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
